2. Return Policy You will be eligible for a full refund for all issues we cause: wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, any damage, etc. All clothes are handmade, there may be some small problems that cannot be completely avoided, we will carefully check each order before shipping.
We accept returns or exchanges for standard size dresses in the picture color. You need to pay for shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and shipping is non-refundable. Custom orders, custom colors, custom sizes, and plus sizes for S-XL (US2-US16) do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a mistake on our side, we will correct the problem. 1. Contact us within 2 days after receiving the order.
2. Provide us with pictures of clothes to prove damage or bad quality, this also applies to size, or incorrect style and color etc.
3. The returned item must be in good condition (like new), you can try on this piece of clothing, but it must not be stretched or stained, otherwise it cannot be returned.
4. Please fold the clothes inside out. Provide us with tracking number after shipment.
5. The return and exchange of clothes need to pay the shipping fee.
